BSCAN Barcode Options
Molding BSCAN to any scanning application is so simple, there's no excuse not to take a few minutes to configure it for each job. BSCAN can hold hundred's of configurations. You can switch between 40 configurations without leaving the program!

Read Barcode Optimize barcode read speed with controls that tell BSCAN to search a specific area or sequence of areas.
Multiple Barcodes Read up to 10 barcodes per page.
Any position BSCAN reads barcodes anywhere on the page on the front and/or back of the page and at any angle. 360 degrees of recognition on the fly!
Barcode Separators Keep the separator page, discard the separator page.
"Sticky" Barcodes Barcode retention allows up to 10 barcode indexes to be used for images without barcodes. Not all pages being scanned must have barcodes, so operator intervention is not necessary.
BarRead Read barcodes without scanning from images previously scanned without barcode recognition.
BarCorrelate Use barcode recognition to correlate a database or mainframe to each image and apply multiple indexes electronically, no manual indexing!
Barcode Commands Use barcodes to call up any of BSCAN's processes. Processes are similar to macros that run one or a chain of additional commands like ROTATE, CORRELATE, RESCALE (shrink TIFF file storage space), ENDORSE, MASK, CLIP, CROP, ...
